Marketing & Communications Manager – Office-Based Leadership Role
Location: Hemel Hempstead – Office Based
Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-Time, Permanent

We’re working with a well-established, multi-site business seeking a commercially focused Marketing & Communications Manager to join their growing team. Based at their head office in Hemel Hempstead, this role offers the opportunity to lead national campaigns, manage key external partnerships, and head up a talented marketing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on marketer with a strong background in delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The Role:

• Support the Marketing Director in delivering the marketing strategy
• Own and manage the national marketing calendar, campaigns, and key trading dates
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, in-venue, and PR channels
• Manage agency partnerships, including creative, PR, print, social, and content suppliers
• Lead a team of four, supporting their development and performance
• Oversee PR activity, influencer campaigns, and brand activations to enhance awareness and engagement
• Lead on customer insights, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activity
• Support new product launches, initiatives, and customer experience projects
• Take ownership of budgets, supplier relationships, and performance reporting

About You:

• 5 years in a senior marketing role within a multi-site, customer-focused business
• Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong ROI focus
• Experienced in agency management, supplier KPIs, and budget control
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially minded with a customer-first approach
• Degree educated or equivalent; CIM qualification is a plus
• Hands-on, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
