• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
• Lead and mentor a team of 1x marketing professional, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within a marketing department
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
