£25,000 – £27,000 (DOE) Benefits


We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing, design-led business in Hucknall that’s known for its excellent products and customer-first approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and customer care to step into a varied and fast-paced role. As a Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers while supporting the marketing team with content creation, order updates, and general communications. It’s a dynamic position with real scope for growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Process customer orders and track deliveries using internal systems
  • Support the marketing team with social media scheduling, content, and campaigns
  • Respond to product queries, returns, and general support needs
  • Work with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and online posts
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and engagement


The candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or marketing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable using CRM and order management tools (training provided)
  • A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
