Description
Plan and organise events, including liaising with venues and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns. Manage event budgets and ensure all activities align with allocated resources. Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures and online content, to support events. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the success of events and campaigns, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Update and maintain the company's marketing databases and event schedules. Assist in identifying opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility.Profile
A successful Marketing and Events Coordinator should have:
A strong background in event planning and marketing, ideally within the professional services industry. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including social media and CRM software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Access to own vehicle and a clean drivers license to travel to events.Job Offer
