Marketing and Events Executive

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Padel Social Club is the UK's premier destination for the world's fastest-growing sport – padel. Inspired by the infectious energy and social heartbeat of padel environments in Europe, but mixing elements of best-in-class UK fitness and lifestyle brands – we are building a club where we'd be proud to play. Launched in Spring 2024 with our flagship club in Earls Court, Padel Social Club is rapidly expanding. We have new clubs opening in Wandsworth and The O2 later this year, with further locations in the pipeline.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We're seeking a passionate and organised Marketing & Events Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of Padel Social Club. This role is a combination of remote working, with plenty of active on-site involvement at our London clubs. So, don’t expect to sit behind a desk all day, and you may need to dive ‘feet first’ into this job! It’s a full-time post (40 hours), but we may consider a suitably experienced and ambitious individual looking for a part-time position (minimum three days a week). HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO

Event Planning & Execution:
Assist the Operational teams in planning and executing engaging events at our clubs.
Brainstorm creative event concepts, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and handle event logistics.
Oversee seamless and curated experiences for attendees and our growing membership base.
Promote and market events across various channels.

Marketing Support and Implementation:
Managing the day-to-day

marketing calendar and deliverables

, ensuring timely execution.
Contributing to the development of

organic social media strategy

and creating engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
Working with

designers and videographers

to brief and oversee the creation of high-quality social media assets and other marketing materials.
Providing content direction

(e.g., for email and blog posts) that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and feeds into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Supporting with

PR efforts

, coordinating media outreach for event announcements.
Assisting with the

implementation of the membership plan

, promoting its benefits and driving sign-ups.

Handle campaign and event management administrative tasks:

such as postage of items, purchasing of items, communicating with suppliers, influencer and talent bookings and liaison.

Monitor campaign successes

and any red flags in the process, also ensuring campaign KPIs are met.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Have 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and proactivity.
(Optional) Have experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
Have a solid understanding of cultural trends across sports, fashion, entertainment, music, and F&B.
Possess excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills.
