Marketing & Growth Associate | Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000
 
My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, support product launches and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.
 
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and sales materials
Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy
Support website optimisation, SEO and customer journey improvements
Work closely with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion
Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities
Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity 
Skills

Previous experience within marketing, growth or digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business 
Package

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
