We are looking for a Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager to lead an organisation's marketing and student recruitment activities. This is a key role that blends strategic marketing planning, creative campaign delivery, and direct student engagement, helping to ensure strong enrolments across their respected training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver student recruitment campaigns for professional training courses.
• Lead on advertising strategies and media planning.
• Manage the organisation's website content, digital marketing, and social media channels.
• Organise and promote open events, webinars, and recruitment fairs.
• Create engaging content, including written copy, graphics, and video.
• Build relationships with prospective students, providing information and guidance throughout their decision-making journey.
• Work closely with academic and operational teams to ensure the student recruitment process is welcoming and efficient.

About You:

• Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or student recruitment role.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Confident in planning and delivering marketing campaigns that drive engagement and applications.
• Passionate about education, mental health, and making a difference in the community.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the Higher Education or charity sectors would be an advantage.
