About the Opportunity

We're excited to offer an early-career opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Apprentice! The conditions of the diploma means the successful candidate has to be based in Scotland.

As part of our commitment to developing future talent, this role is designed for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in digital cross-channel marketing. You'll learn on the job while completing a Level 6 Diploma in Digital Marketing, a formal and fully funded apprenticeship programme.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain practical experience across a wide range of marketing activities — from social media and content creation to email campaigns and digital performance tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns


• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms


• Assist with content writing for blogs, newsletters, and web pages


• Help track campaign results and prepare performance reports


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners


• Learn the ropes of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing software


• Attend regular sessions with your apprenticeship provider to progress your qualification

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in marketing, digital channels, and social media


• A positive, curious, and proactive approach to learning


• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal


• Good attention to detail and organisational skills


• No prior marketing experience needed — just passion and a willingness to learn!

Eligibility

• Must not already hold a Level 6 (or higher) qualification in marketing


• Must be eligible to work and study in the UK


• Ideal for school or college leavers, or those early in their career looking for a change
