A well-established company within the professional services sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their Colchester office. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a collaborative marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain marketing schedules, including BD, social media, and event calendars.
Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
Create and proofread content for newsletters, social media, emails, and print materials.
Manage updates on company social media platforms and website.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support strategic decisions.
Support event planning, supplier coordination, and logistics.
Use analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.

About You:

Previous experience in a marketing assistant/apprenticeship role is a plus, but not essential.
Exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, SharePoint, Canva, or InDesign is desirable (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
