About the Role:
As Marketing Assistant, you'll support the wider Marketing team in delivering engaging and effective campaigns across the retail estate. You'll be involved in coordinating point-of-sale (POS) materials, managing digital displays, and ensuring key campaign communications are shared with the right store teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will give you exposure to both operational and digital marketing, while allowing you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your own projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns to stores
• Manage internal communications including campaign packs and stakeholder updates
• Handle incoming requests and queries via the marketing inbox, ensuring timely action
• Support the digital marketing strategy through content planning and social media scheduling
• Provide teams with brand assets and guidance on usage
• Carry out administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
