Marketing Assistant

We are supporting a well-established company based in Braintree with recruiting for a full time Marketing Assistant on a permanent basis. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm and paying a salary of £25k-£30k per annum (DOE). This is a fully office-based position with free parking on-site.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting with marketing campaigns by helping plan and track them across different channels such as emails, website and social media
• Managing all social media for the business, by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement, as well as using data to find improvements
• Being the first point of contact for the marketing, operations, and sales teams within the business and updating them on different business projects
• Tracking project progress, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Preparing reports and updates to stakeholders on post-campaigns
• Liaising with the marketing teams to ensure projects follow the business marketing objectives
• Conducting research and analysing data to highlight strategies for the business
• Preparing and formatting bids
• Planning and running photo-shoots, as well as coordinating resources including designers, writers, and freelancers for marketing use
• Developing marketing plans, processes and advising on tools to improve efficiency for the business
