Marketing Assistant – Accountancy & Advisory Firm

Location: Beaconsfield (Hybrid working available)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25K - £26K + Benefits

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, supporting various activities such as content creation, digital campaigns, event coordination, and social media management. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing campaigns and content creation

• Film and edit promotional videos

• Manage social media channels and website content

• Design marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)

• Help with email marketing and newsletters

• Coordinate events and webinars

• Respond to enquiries and maintain CRM data

• Publish internal updates and collect client feedback

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone eager to develop in marketing. We’re seeking a proactive, creative individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Essential:

• Qualification in marketing, business, or related field

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively

• A creative and collaborative approach

Desirable:

• Experience in marketing or a related role

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher

• Social media marketing knowledge

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding

• Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar tools

• Video editing or design experience
