Marketing Assistant

Halliday Marx have partnered with a real estate business to hire a Marketing Assistant/Executive on a permanent basis.

This role is fully office based.

£40,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities:

Build and manage business to business relationships

Business development in the market

Create successful marketing strategies through a variety of marketing channels.

Website maintenance.

Convert enquiries to sales.

Identify potential clients, opportunities and competition.

Requirements

Experience in a real estate/property business is essential.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong communication skills

Project management and sales skills.
