Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Build business cases to support marketing investment and market expansion
• Create and deliver internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and campaign content
• Manage and execute social media calendars and digital marketing activity
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing events, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in market research and developing business cases
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Canva, CMS, social media scheduling tools)
