A highly regarded Boutique Real Estate company is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and content who’s looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The role offers real variety—from supporting digital campaigns and creating social content, to assisting with print collateral and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, highly organised, and eager to contribute across multiple projects, bringing fresh energy and ideas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in the creation and delivery of targeted email marketing campaigns, including reporting on performance.
• Support social media activity by producing, scheduling, and tracking content.
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Assist with website content updates and ensure consistency across pages.
• Support the design and production of marketing materials in both digital and print formats.

What we are looking for:

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing and campaign analytics.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
