• Design & Visual Content: Produces engaging graphics and campaign visuals using Canva and other design tools.
• Campaign Support: Assists in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Website Content Management: Updates and maintains content across multiple websites, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Performance Tracking: Monitors website analytics and campaign metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Content Creation: Writes compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media that aligns with the organisation’s tone and mission.
• Collaboration: Works closely with marketing, business development, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Learning & Development: Gains exposure to digital strategy, SEO, CRM systems, and campaign planning, with a clear path for professional growth.

• Demonstrates strong design skills and proficiency in Canva (or similar tools).
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Has a basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Writes clearly and confidently for a range of platforms and audiences.
• Is familiar with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Shows interest in learning how to measure and optimise marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
