As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our national and international sales and marketing activities. The Role
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and all other teams in the business, you will support the planning and delivery of a range of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and creative.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across social media channels.
2. Support the development of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
3. Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns and promotional literature.
4. Maintain and update website content.
5. Assist with the organisation and coordination of exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
6. Support the production of case studies, customer stories and product-related content.
7. Monitor and report on marketing activity performance and campaign effectiveness.
8. Manage marketing databases and CRM records.
9. Coordinate branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
10. Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports business objectives.
About You
In order to be successful you are likely to have at minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
* Marketing qualification, degree or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
* Previous experience in a marketing, communications or business support role will be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools would be beneficial.
* Knowledge of website content management systems would be advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
