As a Marketing Assistant, you will be involved in a diverse range of marketing activities, including:

Creating and scheduling engaging social media content

Assisting with the delivery of digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Producing marketing materials including brochures, flyers and promotional content

Creating graphics and visual content using Canva and other design tools

Supporting photography and videography projects

Editing video content for websites and social media platforms

Updating website content and product information

Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications

Monitoring social media performance and engagement

Supporting exhibitions, events and product launches

Maintaining marketing databases, content calendars and campaign reports

The Candidate

To be successful in this Marketing Assistant position, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software

A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

Good organisational and time-management skills

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work

An interest in digital marketing, content creation, photography and video editing

In return the successful candidate can expect to receive:- 

£25,000 - £28,000 salary depending on experience

Full-time, office-based role in Bromsgrove
