Marketing Assistant

to join and develop within an international recruitment agency.

About the Role
You will work in a busy marketing team that manages the marketing across 3 divisions. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders in the business.

You will assist with the following:
Posting and refreshing job ads
Internal marketing
Dealing with daily enquiries
Social Media posting on various social platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Blog generation
Create artwork for digital output
Arranging internal and External Events - researching industry events to attend, managing logistics, marketing campaigns promoting Cavendish Professionals' attendance
Creating client new business campaigns
Creating brand awareness campaigns
Website maintenance (SEO Management)
Creation of marketing collateral

Desired Candidate
A passion for marketing
1 year of work/placement experience (desirable)
An enthusiastic people person with excellent written & verbal communication skills
Creative and has strong attention to detail
A can-do positive attitude
Highly sociable and professional
Ability to self-manage and take direction when given
