Job Title : Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Location : Bristol, UK (Office-based)

In just three years, we've scaled from inception to a turnover of £5.5milion and are on track to exceed £12m+ for 2024. We're now looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to enhance our branding as well as support our business services team.

Job Summary : As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping our public image through compelling graphic designs, engaging social media content, and effective management of our online presence. You will also provide valuable administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing :
Design visually appealing graphics for our website and various events.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Manage and update the company's social media profiles.
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Administration :
Handle occasional invoicing and assist with financial documentation.
Chase debtors to ensure timely payments.
Generate and update reports from our timesheet system.
Provide general administrative support to the business services team.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Competency in MS Office and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in administrative support or a related field.

Education :
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
