Marketing Assistant / Executive

Digital Tonic are working exclusively with a prestigious heritage organisation on the outskirts of Bath as they look to hire a new Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive to the team. This is such a fantastic opportunity for a fresh Graduate, or someone early in their career to have a really fun, varied and highly creative role.

You’ll be producing content, managing digital platforms and in time taking full responsibility for everything on the website. You’ll be a 'roving reporter’ on-site - engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, capturing video and photos, creating engaging social posts, and getting involved in everything from newsletters to event logistics. You'll have the opportunity to use that natural creativity, using Canva to create anything from social banners, flyers, brochures and more.

This is a highly collaborative team with a strong ethos of kindness and teamwork. The environment is busy and fast-paced, and you'll need to be confident working with a wide range of people, and comfortable walking into a room to get the content you need.

The role is full-time and office-based just outside Bath, so you will need your own transport to be able to get to the office and site.

Skills and Experience

• Ideally holding a relevant degree with a strong interest in Marketing
• Naturally creative, ideally with some experience of photography
• Confident creating content across web, social, email and printed material
• Good knowledge of social platforms
• Strong communicator and comfortable speaking with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Comfortable using Canva or a similar design package
• A team player who is a good kind person

Benefits

There's a good starting salary on offer of around £25k-£28k, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a fantastic working culture and environment, a supportive team and standard working hours of 08:30 - 17:00.
