THE ROLE
We're not looking for a button-pusher.
We want a marketing all-rounder who gets excited about the opportunity to make your mark - someone who can run a field event on a Tuesday and ship an AI-crafted campaign on a Thursday. You'll sit at the intersection of digital, demand, and experimentation, helping us punch above our weight and reach the right audiences in smart, creative ways.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and web, end to end
Support field marketing activities: events, webinars, roundtables, and industry sponsorships
Use AI tools (think: Claude, Gamma, Semrush, Jasper and whatever's emerging) to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and reporting
Work with our CRM and marketing automation stack to build nurture journeys and track performance
Create compelling assets - landing pages, social copy, email sequences, ad creatives - with an eye for both writing and design
Bring fresh ideas on how we reach our audience: don't be afraid to suggest the unconventional
Track metrics that matter and turn data into insights the team can act on
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior marketing to align on pipeline goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
3-5 years in a B2B marketing role (tech, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
Genuinely excited about AI: You've already been experimenting with tools to work smarter
Strong digital marketing fundamentals: Paid ads, SEO basics, email marketing, and analytics
A creative instinct paired with analytical rigour: You can write a headline and read a dashboard
Excellent written English and a natural communicator
Comfortable working autonomously and juggling multiple projects
Bonus points:
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar MarTech
Familiarity with the financial services or trading technology landscape
A side project, newsletter, or personal brand that shows you walk the talk
