Marketing Campaign Manager

On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Marketing Campaigns Manager within the professional services industry

This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across the firm's diverse service offerings.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the management of marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to ensure effective delivery.
• Lead the strategic planning and development of the firm’s digital channels, including the website and social media platforms.
• Manage and develop service team campaigns from inception to completion.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, producing detailed reports on outcomes and suggesting improvements.
• Continuously enhance the performance of marketing channels to boost revenue, growth, and customer loyalty.
• Develop marketing reporting mechanisms using digital analytics and PMS data.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to leverage insights in shaping the firm’s marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven marketing experience, including expertise in paid and organic campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and CRM.
• Proficiency in WordPress and tools such as MailChimp, Canva, and Survey Monkey.
• Experience with reporting tools like GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both stakeholders and a team effectively.
• CIM qualification or a relevant degree is highly desirable.
• Preferably a background in the professional services sector.
