Base Location: Flexible UK & Ireland | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSE offices or depots around the UK and Ireland.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Distributed Energy department within SSE Energy Solutions is seeking a talented Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team and drive innovative marketing campaigns that captivate our audience and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics. Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing campaigns team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve collective goals.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and events.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content for campaigns, including copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia materials.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and KPIs to demonstrate ROI, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Audience Segmentation: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, tailoring campaigns to resonate with specific demographics and personas. 

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the utilities or public sector.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership experience, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
