Looking to take the lead on standout events and play a central role in an ambitious marketing team?

We're a growing, entrepreneurial investment business on the lookout for a confident and proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to bring our brand and events to life. You'll be working alongside our founding team and creative lead to deliver experiences that excite, connect, and convert-whether that's through a curated investor event, seamless guest comms, or behind-the-scenes campaign coordination.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where no two days are quite the same. If you're a natural organiser with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Lead on Events: Plan, coordinate and run in-person and digital events from start to finish-owning logistics, timelines, and guest experience

• Own the Ops: Manage social media scheduling, supplier comms, and keep marketing projects moving

• Be Client-Facing: Represent the business confidently at events and across key communications touchpoints

• Support Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to make sure everything lands just right

• Shape the Future: Get involved in the next phase of PR and comms-including awards, partnerships and more

• Experience in marketing, communications, or event delivery

• Brilliant organisation and time management skills

• A calm, professional presence in client-facing scenarios

• Comfortable spinning plates and getting stuck in

• Confidence working in a small, fast-growing team

(Bonus points if you've worked with external suppliers, creative agencies, or handled multiple events at once!)
