MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Charterhouse Recruitment are partnering with a very well-established business in

Birmingham , who are expanding their Marketing team with this

new

role. Our client work on large scale building projects, and this role is all about promoting their brand and project work. This role will be supporting the Head of Marketing and would be perfect for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, looking for the next step in their career.

Please notes you must drive and have access to your own car to be considered as there would be some travel to other offices involved.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Salary is in the region of £26k plus a monthly car allowance contribution (£125 p/m).
Office based

in Birmingham working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR’S DAY:

Take ownership of managing the company’s social media platform platforms including community engagement.
Creating and updating content on the company website content, newsletters, and all other relevant communications (internal and external).
Proofreading and editing all corporate communications.
Leading on delivering a communications plan (internal and external).
Implementing a monthly internal newsletter to increase colleague engagement.
Work with other teams across the business to ensure a consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand consistency with all communications.
Be a champion of promoting all public relations, corporate events, and any internal events.
Visiting different offices approx. once per month to collaborate with different teams on branding and communication.
To act as a support to the Head of Marketing with all other related duties and responsibilities.

You will have a relevant qualification in a field such as Marketing, English, Public Relations, or similar.
You will have experience in copywriting and proofreading.
You will be a competent user of all MS Office programmes.
You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in collaborating with people at all levels in the business.
You must have a UK driving licence – this is non-negotiable.

You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
