This dynamic role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, making a significant impact on brand positioning, employee engagement, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the custodian of brand positioning, ensuring purpose and values are embedded into external activities.
• Manage and develop brand propositions, attributes, values, imagery, and tone of voice.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all internal and external communications, marketing, and PR activities.
• Create and implement PR strategies
• Develop and execute content strategies, including SEO, blogs, case studies, and testimonials.
• Oversee CSR activities, packaging them into coherent marketing assets for stakeholders.
• Manage internal communication platforms to enhance employee engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and data analysis.

Key Requirements

• Experienced in creating and delivering marketing strategies within a commercial B2B or B2C environment.
• Must have excellent copywriting skills
• Familiar with digital marketing across email, online, and social channels.
• Experience of developing and implementing effective PR activity
• Adept at building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively.
