Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager

Contract: Temporary 6-8 weeks duration

Reports to: Acting Head of Academies and Corporate Communications

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality marketing and communications support across multiple academies and central services. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, event support, and brand management.

• Update website content using WordPress
• Create and schedule social media content (Buffer experience desirable)
• Capture and edit photography for campaigns and publications
• Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Liaise with designers to produce marketing assets
• Support academy events and Trust-wide initiatives
• Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters and stakeholder engagement
• Assist with the production of branded materials and digital campaigns

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in WordPress and social media platforms
• Basic graphic design and photography skills
• Understanding of branding and visual identity
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborative and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
