What You'll Do:
Assist in designing engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and landing pages. Support the project management of both internal and external events. Help organise exciting events that showcase our brand. Track email metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Update interactive tools used at conferences and manage booth designs and logistics. Create and schedule captivating social media posts to enhance our online presence. Manage inventory and ensure smooth logistics for marketing materials. Conduct data entry to keep our records accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Some understanding of basic biology is a plus. Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Skills:
- Fluent in English (oral and written). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with HTML/web tools and design software (InDesign, Adobe Suite, etc.). - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
