Four Squared Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Edge Networks, a forward-thinking IT services provider, to recruit a dynamic and commercially-minded Marketing Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business that thrives on innovation, high performance, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, that drive growth, improve lead generation, and strengthen the Edge Networks brand presence across key markets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear, measurable marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, events)
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports lead generation and conversion
• Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to continuously improve ROI
• Oversee the development of marketing assets, collateral, and case studies
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the sales and leadership teams

About You

• Proven experience in a marketing consultant or marketing assistant role, ideally in a B2B or tech-led environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end
• Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders. Results-driven, creative, and resourceful
• Experience in IT, tech, or MSP sectors would be a distinct advantage
