SPECIFIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, adaptable to different styles and tones of voice. (Essential)
• Demonstrate a creative approach to developing and implementing new innovative digital media content. (Essential)
• Experience of regular content and copy creation (daily) via social media platforms. (Essential)
• Experience with running national social media accounts including TikTok video & content creation (3-4 times per week) to extend the reach of an organisation including through campaigns (Essential)
• Qualifications /experience/training in communications or digital marketing/content creation. (Essential)
• Willingness to develop, test and implement new ideas (Essential)
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow in social media creative and scheduling environment (Essential)
• Experience in using a web content management system. (Desirable)
• Knowledge of using web analytics. (Desirable)
