Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000
Hybrid: 4 days in office

We are excited to announce a "top drawer" opportunity to join our first UK-based marketing team in the heart of Northamptonshire. If you are passionate about Digital Marketing and eager to support our Head of Marketing in creating and growing our campaigns, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and manage marketing projects and events
• Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
• Develop compelling copy for various marketing channels
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
