Marketing Coordinator

An innovative and globally recognised engineering design practice is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its London office. This role supports a small, collaborative marketing team and plays a key part in delivering both strategic and operational marketing activities across the business. Working with engineers and colleagues worldwide, you will contribute to digital marketing, communications, events, business development, and graphic design initiatives. • Create and manage website content, newsletters, and social media posts
• Support the development of marketing materials and visual content
• Assist in organising events, award submissions, and speaker opportunities
• Help maintain internal and external communications, including newsletters and CRM updates
• Contribute to graphic design tasks such as brochures, presentations, and image editing
• Support business development through bid documents, project profiles, and staff CVs
• Liaise with external suppliers, such as photographers and designers, as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

• Degree educated, preferably in marketing or a related field (not essential)
• Previous experience in a marketing role within the built environment or construction sector
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
• Experience with HubSpot, MailChimp, Canva, and CMS platforms
• Strong digital marketing skills and experience
• Copywriting and editing abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Basic graphic design skills and a creative eye
