Marketing Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team within a leading business operating across multiple brand portfolios. This role is essential in supporting the strategic and operational execution of the marketing function, ensuring seamless campaign coordination and cross-departmental collaboration.

The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative, planning, and operational support to the Head of Marketing and wider leadership team. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, supporting social media and content production, and overseeing event logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution of digital assets.
• Support brand strategy and planning through system reporting and operational input.
• Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and administrative processes for the marketing team.
• Be the first point of contact for all internal marketing team queries and coordination tasks.
• Support implementation of time tracking and monthly team performance reporting.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Finance and Commercial to ensure campaign and event alignment.
• Organise internal and external marketing events, including logistics for key industry events and awards.
• Assist in marketing material production and distribution, including liaising with agencies and clients for approvals.
