Marketing Coordinator

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a successful and growing B2B professional services business who are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 2 years marketing experience who is looking to broaden their skills across campaign management, content creation, events and business development support. You'll play a key role in driving lead generation and supporting the delivery of engaging marketing initiatives.

Location - Pinner
Salary - £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working with 3 days in and 2 from home

Some of the duties will include:

Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, case studies and social media posts
Manage website updates and marketing materials
Support webinars, events and industry exhibitions
Assist with lead generation and business development activity
Maintain CRM and marketing databases
Monitor campaign performance and produce reports
Liaise with external suppliers and provide general marketing support

The successful candidate:

Around 2 years experience in a marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience within a B2B environment
Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM platform
Experience updating website content
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Google Analytics
