Marketing Co-ordinator

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful and expanding Sheffield-based business, operating within the construction and industrial products sector, to recruit an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on marketing professional who can confidently take ownership of content creation and digital marketing activity from day one. Working within a small marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Creating engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube

* Filming, editing and publishing video content

* Developing and implementing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility

* Producing marketing materials including brochures, product literature and promotional assets

* Working with sales teams to fulfil marketing collateral requests

* Monitoring campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement

* Assisting with influencer and partnership marketing activities

* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing communications

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

* Proven experience within a marketing role, ideally with responsibility for content creation and social media management

* Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

* Experience of filming and editing video content for digital platforms

* Excellent copywriting and communication skills

* The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to hit the ground running

* Experience within a product-led, manufacturing, industrial or construction-related environment would be advantageous but is not essential

What's on Offer:

* Salary up to £35,000

* Full-time permanent position

* Office-based role in Sheffield

* Working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday
