Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Demand Generation Manager

What you’ll do at Adthena….

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player, driving the execution of diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives alongside our marketing team. You'll wear many hats, coordinating data, marketing activities, managing projects, and collaborating with Sales to optimize the flow of leads.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate would be results-oriented and collaborative with experience in marketing, marketing operations or content production coordination an advantage. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot, SalesForce, 6Sense or social media experience would be a bonus. A passion for search and/or AI would be an advantage.

This exciting role with huge growth potential would suit someone highly organised, data-driven and capable of coordinating multiple moving parts across various marketing outputs. A love of data is required with strong analytical skills and raw creative flair.

(40%) Sales enablement and pipeline management:

  • Pre-qualify and process all global inbound leads and ‘Demo Requests’

  • Liaise with Sales to track and nurture leads through the funnel.

  • Update Marketing and Sales teams on lead status and identify potential blockers or leaks.

  • Ensure Sales teams are kept informed on upcoming marketing campaigns and outcomes.

  • Enable Sales teams with appropriate assets and messaging from External Marketing Campaigns to optimise their prospect outbounding.

(30%) Campaign coordination and performance analysis:

  • Support the planning, execution, and seamless delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including data and targeting, digital, website, social media, email, webinars, and events.

  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to guarantee on-time production of campaign materials.

  • Leverage marketing analytics tools Hubspot and Salesforce to track campaign performance and provide insightful reports to the marketing team.

(15%) Content creation and management:

  • Develop and edit engaging email copy, blog posts, social media content, and website copy that resonates with target audiences. 

  • Contribute and execute your own content ideas in line with the marketing strategy.

(15%) Digital marketing assistance:

  • Support Content & Brand lead to manage social media channels by curating engaging content, scheduling posts, and fostering audience interaction.

  • Help maintain a fresh and informative website by updating content and visuals.

  • Contribute to successful email marketing initiatives, including segmenting contact lists, crafting compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance.

(10%) Event planning and coordination:

  • Support Content & Brand lead to manage the logistics of marketing events, including trade shows, roundtables, and webinars.

  • Develop compelling event materials such as signage, promotional items, and presentations.

  • Deliver exceptional on-site support to ensure the smooth execution of events.

Required Experience for the Role:

  • Knowledge and interest in marketing, with a strong learning mindset and can-do attitude 

  • Comfortable analysing and segmenting data with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to wear many hats and keep things moving, whilst being proactive and reactive to shifting business and market needs.

  • Analytically minded and data-driven with a creative spark.

  • Willing to travel to London when required for team meetings, events and socials (if remote).

Desired Experience for the Role:

  • Experience in a marketing environment or SAAS organisation - ideally B2B would be advantageous

  • Experience using automation and analytical tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce, 6sense, and Google Analytics would be advantageous but training will be provided. 

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies would be an advantage
