Your new role
This pivotal role as Director of Marketing for a leading Global Recruitment business. Your main goal will be to lead performance marketing, strengthen brand awareness, and engage key customers-both clients and candidates-across the UK & Ireland, ensuring measurable business impact and directly contributing to growth. Main areas of focus will be rot drive ROI focussed perform ance marketing, strengthen customer engagement and revenue impact, build brand awareness with a focus on market share, provide strategic leadership and manage senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior experience working in a Marketing Director role with a track record of working with and influencing cross-functional teams, especially sales, operations, and senior leadership along with the following skills:

• Strategic Focus: ability to translate commercial goals into marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in leading ROI-focused marketing initiatives across the full customer funnel.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of the recruitment sector and the importance of engaging both clients and candidates to drive business outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Experience leading and inspiring diverse, high-performing teams across performance marketing, customer strategy, engagement, and creative disciplines.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate and align complex stakeholder environments.
• Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative leader with a passion for building trust, encouraging innovation, and delivering results through others.
• Growth Orientation: Entrepreneurial mindset with a record of identifying opportunities, testing innovative ideas, and delivering sustainable growth.
• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland market dynamics, cultural nuances, and marketing best practices within the recruitment and staffing industry.
