About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the continued growth and visibility of this premium business. The focus of the role is to enhance their online presence, strengthen client engagement, and contribute to business development through effective multi-channel marketing.

This is a highly creative and strategic position, where you'll lead the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns that showcase the business’s craftsmanship, values, and bespoke offering to the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inspiring, high-quality content for social media to elevate brand presence and engage our audience.
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, and website performance analytics.
• Create compelling visual and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography, and video.
• Build editorial relationships with aspirational publications to secure advertising and feature opportunities.
• Manage award submissions to highlight company achievements and excellence.
• Lead local marketing efforts, forming partnerships and community collaborations to boost brand visibility.
• Plan and execute events such as client gatherings and milestone celebrations.
• Track and report on campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategy and maximise results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing including social media, PPC, SEO, and traditional marketing.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and confident in data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in content creation across various formats—photography, video, design, and copywriting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent IT and digital skills with a creative flair.
• Passionate about sustainability and excited to share the story of beautifully crafted oak-framed buildings made from responsibly sourced materials.
• A proactive self-starter with a positive mindset, keen to innovate and make a difference every day.
