Day-to-Day Duties

• Manage and create daily content for company websites using WordPress, including blog articles and page updates
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
• Film, edit, and produce videos for use across digital channels, enhancing audience engagement
• Assist in planning and promoting events and campaigns, creating all related marketing materials
• Apply SEO best practices to website and social content using tools such as Yoast to enhance visibility
• Contribute ideas in team meetings to shape marketing strategies and support brand growth
• Design and send email marketing campaigns using tools such as MailChimp
• Create branded materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional items for internal and external use

Essential Skills

• Experience creating content for digital platforms including websites and social media
• Familiarity with WordPress and digital marketing tools
• Basic video editing and design skills
• Understanding of SEO and its impact on digital presence
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as MailChimp
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
• Creative mindset with a proactive and positive approach to work
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced marketing environment

Training

Full training will be provided on all marketing tools and platforms used within the business. Ongoing support and development opportunities are available for the successful candidate.
