The Opportunity:

Ideize, create, execute, measure, report and go again! Join a small but tightly knit team as you take on this exciting and full scope marketing exec role!

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email and SMS. Reporting weekly on individual campaigns - identifying dips and potential delivery issues in real time to minimise the potential loss. Using A/B testing to develop and improve existing campaigns. Creating social media ad content as well as email and SMS copy using different platforms such as Canva and Photoshop.

Run weekly reports, complete campaign analysis and understand what went well, what didn't go so well and how it can be improved. You'll have the opportunity to really show of your skills, whilst working as a key part of the team!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous generalist marketing experience. Digital and performance aligned marketing is preferable.

• Experience working with or within the financial services space or a similarly regulate sector/industry.

• A strong, data centric skillset. You need to be able to assess data sets, make judgements and take actions based on what you can see!

• A willingness to work autonomously but also be a key part of a team.

• Experience with visual creation tools such as Canva and photoshop
