Are you a creative and hands-on marketer looking to make a real impact? Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to help shape and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across a growing group of brands. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work across multiple projects—from digital content and social media to brand campaigns and internal communications.

Working closely with the Head of Operations & Marketing, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values fresh thinking, initiative, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives from concept to completion
• Supporting digital marketing efforts including website content, PPC campaigns, and analysing performance data
• Creating compelling content for blogs, social media, press releases, and email newsletters
• Managing and growing the company’s social media presence 
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
• Identifying and exploring new marketing opportunities, including partnerships and community engagement
• Assisting with internal communications to keep teams informed and engaged
• Collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute creative projects

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong writing ability, with an understanding of clear and SEO-friendly content
• A creative eye and a strong sense of design
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles
• A marketing-related degree or qualification is preferred but not essential
