Growing organisation with extensive expansion plans across Yorkshire and further afield.

Description

You'll be involved in a bit of everything! Including:

• Podcast: Scheduling guests, posting episodes, sharing on socials
• Content: Managing the content calendar, writing blogs, creating social posts, emails, videos, etc.
• Client materials: Creating salary reports, market updates, proposals, case studies, testimonial requests
• Candidate materials: Talent packs, search briefs, candidate comms
• Book promotions: Helping distribute and promote our book
• New starters/leavers: Updating email signatures, website, LinkedIn photos, etc.
• Digital: SEO tweaks, LinkedIn ad creation, website updates

?? About the Marketing Executive Role:

• This is a full-time Marketing Executive role within a fast-paced, growing recruitment business
• We're looking for someone with around 1-3 years of marketing experience
• You'll need to be super organised, great at juggling tasks, and have strong attention to detail
• Confident written communication is a must - you'll be writing blogs, emails, and social posts ??
• We need someone who's proactive, creative, and knows how to bring ideas to life
• You should be comfortable using Canva, have a good eye for branding, and some experience with SEO, LinkedIn ads, and updating websites

?? It's a bonus if you've:

• Worked in a services business
• Reported into a Marketing Director
• Been part of a fast-growing team or business

Someone who's creative, detail-oriented, proactive and ready to roll their sleeves up. You'll get stuck into loads of different areas and really help shape the brand and marketing at the clients growing business!
