Marketing Executive, Full-Time
Location: Suffolk
Salary: From £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join a growing and well-established company based in Suffolk. With ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on brand presence, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll support a wide range of marketing activity, including digital campaigns, creative design, content creation, event planning, and communications. You'll be part of a close-knit team, working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and one other Marketing Executive, helping to shape and grow the brand's identity both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting communication initiatives across global customer networks
• Creating promotional content and literature using Adobe Creative Suite
• Updating websites and digital platforms with fresh content
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and lead generation for the sales team
• Supporting planning and coordination of events, campaigns, and promotional projects

Experience & Attributes:

We're looking for someone with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Some experience managing website content using a CMS (e.g. Shopify)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Previous experience in a marketing or creative role is desirable, though not essential. (Level 3 or above) marketing qualification would be highly beneficial.
