Are you a driven and creative marketing professional looking for your next challenge? Our client – a leading name in their industry – is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key marketing activities and help shape both B2C and B2B campaigns across the UK and EU.
? Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing communications, with a particular focus on email campaigns and strategy.
Take full ownership of email campaigns via Force24, including newsletters, customer communications, and nurture programmes.
Support event management from concept through to delivery – occasional UK travel will be required for major events.
Deliver a wide range of marketing output, from digital content and video to printed materials and event collateral.
Ensure a consistent, compelling customer journey across all campaign touchpoints.
Maintain clean, accurate customer data within email and CRM systems.
Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to develop engaging video content.
Keep external product platforms and databases such as Virtual Worlds and TruBlue updated and optimised.
Assist the Marketing Manager in PR activity and weekly workflow meetings.
Produce campaign reporting and data analysis, including post-campaign reviews and performance improvement proposals.
Contribute to monthly marketing board reports.

? About You:Experience Required:

3+ years in a similar marketing role
Proven track record in digital marketing, especially email communications
Strong copywriting skills and excellent communication
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong data handling and campaign analysis experience
Results-focused with creative flair and attention to detail
Demonstrable success in achieving campaign goals and improving customer retention

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
Strong project management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable:

Confident, creative, and proactive mindset
Experience in the builders’ merchant or KBB (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms) sectors
Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
