Job Description - Marketing Executive

Global Real Estate Agency - Senior Associate (Residential Website, CRM & Content)

Paying up to £35,000 - Private Medical - Central London - ASAP Start - joining a mid sized multi layered marketing team

My client is looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy individual with a real interest for residential property. This role combines the responsibilities of managing the web content for the website and digital estate, ensuring quality and accuracy is best in class.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Management:

Manage Salesforce-based CRM to upload and maintain website content daily.
Source content and information from clients and stakeholders for website accuracy.
Identify opportunities to constantly improve the residential website content and user journey in collaboration with the marketing team and digital product teams.

Third-party Property Portals Management:

Day-to-day management of the new homes portal listings within Salesforce platform.
Source content and information from clients to ensure accurate listings.
Identify content creation opportunities to improve portal conversion.
Collaborate with account managers at portals (Rightmove & Zoopla) to optimise utilisation and improve conversions

Key experience:

CRM and CMS experience essential - 2 years minimum
Residential property experience ideally experienced in using property portals
