Marketing Executive

I am seeking a Marketing Executive to join my client, one of the UK's fastest growing and most exciting organisations within the beverage industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of building and delivering impactful brand and business campaigns, contributing significantly to our business goals. You will play a key role in introducing disruptive brands to the market, providing an excellent foundation in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

• Maintain the brand asset and imagery banks.
• Handle submissions and compilations for brand/business awards.
• Conduct market research on key competitors.
• Develop strong relationships across major departments including Sales, Retail, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Assist the Marketing Director in managing PR and social media agencies, providing essential brand/campaign information.
• Support, organise, and attend key consumer/trade events to generate real-time content for social platforms.
• Manage brand social platforms, post reactive content, and handle influencer and brand collaboration requests.
• Organise seasonal brand photo shoots and produce the monthly newsletter.
• Write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns.
• Help develop and execute integrated brand campaigns.
• Compile brand presentations, reports, and content for printed literature.
• Manage stock levels of all brand POS to ensure availability.
• Assist in managing brand budgets, including raising POs and updating the budget tracker.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and engaging with influencers.
• Experience working with and managing agencies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with a high sense of urgency and a passion for marketing.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
