We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Bishops Stortford. • Website Management: Assist with updates and contribute to an upcoming redesign project to ensure an engaging and up-to-date user experience.
• Social Media: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence through regular posts, engagement, and monitoring performance.
• Design Work: Create and edit marketing visuals using Photoshop, maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Email Marketing: Develop and distribute email campaigns, and evaluate their success through relevant analytics.
• Customer Outreach: Provide support with low-level client engagement and lead generation activities.
• General Marketing Support: Contribute to ongoing marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the wider team.

• Experience in a marketing or digital communications role (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other similar design tools.
• Familiarity with website CMS systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance data and draw insights.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
