• Location: Theale, Berkshire, 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home once you are trained

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to join the team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in a wide range of marketing activities, supporting our business unit sales and marketing team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the Business Unit Director and Marketing Manager in executing all planned marketing activities on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing and communication activities through various channels, including social media, eMarketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, customer newsletters, and mailings, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Coordinate sales and marketing events and trade shows, including managing logistics like booking travel, accommodation, and venues.
• Serve as the key user of our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Tender management software, responsible for CRM training and data quality.
• Conduct market analysis using internal and external data sources to inform the team and update the CRM system.
• Maintain local websites and track the marketing budget.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as shipping marketing materials, editing presentations, and creating forms to support regional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the healthcare sales environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and social media.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Practical, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to tasks.
