Job Description - Marketing Executive

Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with marketing skills? We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales teams in delivering integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.

This position involves:

Providing marketing and communication support to marketing, vendor managers, and sales teams.
Assisting in the creation, scheduling, execution, and measurement of campaigns across email, organic social media, and paid social media.
Maintaining campaign schedules and marketing calendars.
Building and monitoring workflows in HubSpot.
Running and analysing reports in HubSpot and Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
Supporting the marketing team with campaign performance analysis.
Ensuring GDPR compliance and data management best practices.
Assisting with basic copywriting tasks and content preparation.
Supporting the organisation of webinars and events.
Managing stock control of promotional and branded materials.
Collaborating with suppliers and partners to support marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Previous experience managing CRM and email marketing systems.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Proficiency in MS365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress (desirable).
Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
